Eva Swersey
President & Co-Founder
Eva left the corporate arena in 2003 to launch Body Elements. She brings to Body Elements more than 25 years' experience in a variety of sales and corporate positions. Her previous role was with a global accounting and CRM software firm as a technical writer and marketing communications manager. Prior to that role she was a systems analyst for a government defense contractor. Before that, Eva held other management positions in software production and sales. Eva also had a successful career in retail management and merchandising before moving to the software industry.
Eva's personal focus and philosophy is to help women be successful in all facets of their lives, whether in business, their personal lives or to help them meet individual health goals. Eva, through Body Elements, helps women accomplish this success in a caring, nurturing environment that delivers a range of services and products that can help improve the physical and mental attributes of any woman.
Body Elements currently is entering its next phase. Eva's mission is to help other women not only with their individual fitness and health goals, but also to help them achieve success in their careers by offering them franchising opportunities to own a dynamic, fast-growing business that provides tremendous satisfaction through helping others meet their own personal and financial goals.

Leslie Robertson
Vice-President & Co-Founder
Prior to creating Body Elements, Leslie was a Business Development Manager for Lockheed Martin Corp. During her tenure with Lockheed Martin, Leslie generated more than $700M in annual revenue for the company. As leader of Lockheed's government contracts team Leslie's capture rate was 100 percent, including the largest win ever in the history of Lockheed Martin's Defense IT division.
In 1997 Leslie was employed by Sun Microsystems as a Proposal Manager. In this capacity, Leslie won strategic deals proposing hardware, software, and services to the U.S. federal government, which totaled more than $174M in annual revenue. As a Proposal Manager, Leslie was responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities and organizing resources to drive and win business. She also created tools and procedures to streamline the document management process resulting in a 35 percent cost savings to the company.
Prior to joining Sun Microsystems, Leslie was employed by TRW Inc. from 1992 through 1997. As a division manager, Leslie helped define TRW's vision for future growth of her organization, division, and the corporation overall.
